I have been living with Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma since 2011. I decided that I would like to attempt to inspire others in my situation by sharing my experiences. Only having access to statistics doesn’t necessarily help at such a scary time. I hope to provide an insight into treatment and give a real-life example for those who share my diagnosis, along with those supporting them. The landscape has dramatically changed over the last few years and the prognosis is potentially much more positive. There are bad times but there can also be many good times. It doesn’t have to be the end just yet.
